This excellent and recently developed block, located just off the valley road part way down the Duddon, has seen further development to fully pad out the initial work . After a few minor hold breakages the roster now goes as follows:
Wisdom Tooth Stand 8A (FA Dan Varian)
From standing with the obvious juggy pinch for your right and a selection of holds for your left.
Wisdom Tooth 8A+ (FA Dan Varian)
From sitting on the incut hold at the bottom of the big blocky pinch feature.
Wisdom Tooth LH Stand 8A (FA Dan Varian)
Climb the stand start to the right hand pinch near the top, from here gain the crack and make a beeline for the top of the boulder. Stays below the two good holds just underneath the top out of the main version.
Sagacity 7C+ (FA Dan Turner)
Starting on the jug (or sitting if you feel necessary)- move left into the crack and up this- probably enough difference to warrant a new problem
Brace yourself 7C+ (FA Dan Varian)
From the wisdom truth sit start head left into the crack on sagacity. Then bust out left to a big flat hold and the left arete.
Canines 8A+ (FA Dan Varian)
Low in the grade. From the stand start of wisdom tooth with the big pinch rh. Bust up and right for the right arete then wide compress up until the diagonal crackline right of the right arete can be gained, finish up this and the small wall above.
