Jonny Blakey has developed some previously unrecorded blocks at Carrock Fell.
Situated high on the slope above the Kirk Stone, it’s well hidden by the tree canopy but apparently offers a lovely location once the initial steep approach has been seen off.
Featuring a small cave, a couple of slabs, a prow, a protruding lip and a vertical face, the sector hosts 8 new climbs in total with the potential for a couple more.
