A new line from Pete Gunn located on the “Lone Tree Wall Wall” which is up and to the right of Canada Boulder. It is the obvious highball wall with a lone tree above it.
Forever Young (6B+) climbs the wall on its left using a high heel and a positive crimp on the wall to gain the rail two thirds up. A long stretch to good flake holds enable the easier but high finish.
A direct version uses the poor flakeline up the wall to gain the good crimp, as on Forever Young, but use this with your left hand, before gaining the rail and better holds – 7A+.
